I'm starting to collect parts for my engine build, 604 Hemi, KB block, Stage 5 Millenium heads, Callies crank, Oliver billet rods..... etc.
My question is what oil pump do you guys recommend for a build like this?
The reason I'm asking is my cars at the chassi shop being built and he's building the headers right now and he said it would be a good idea to get a pump so he knows after there built he doesn't need to modify them.

Oh ya I was planning on using a dual line swinging pick up with this motor.

Talk to Tim at FHO and see what he says. I think he will tell you that he recommends external oil pumps (belt drive) for the serious engines but you'll have to check. I know he has spent a lot of time sorting out oil pumps for the big Hemi engines over the years.

I'm running the same combo you are with a few less cubic inches, and I've been running the Milodon #21815 for 7yrs going on 8 with no problems.

Anyone ever run a Titan oil pump?
If you have what's the quality like?
