okay im setting up my 1976 ford f250 i know not a mopar but this what i was wondering. Would it be better to run a rancho shock that was for a lifted truck on my factory hi boy or getting those over load shocks pretty pumped i got it all running great picked up so 110 today for next saturday night. Im running a 390 holley 750 double pumper hooker headers straight pipes double valve spring it liked turnning 7000 rpms last night pretty good

I'd think whatever shock is stiffest. Can you run an air shock and pump them up stiff? Any video? Really like that era of Ford trucks

Check your rules. Around here guys like to block the rear end, as in jack it up so the suspension hangs then stick large wooden blocks between spring and frame. Put it back on the ground and chain things in place.
