Of the cars I see mentioned here I think mr P has the best shot in a 500' "no traction race" by far, short wheel base, no tq, big tars... that little pl... er I mean uh dodge spirit would stomp hellcats comin and goin, no way a hellcat wins on that short a track, they can't hardly hook on a real track and only start making up for lost time around 500ft.
No trucks for the same reason no plymouths, dodge don't make a truck, they are "rams" now (wish I could find the role eyes thingy).

You could park a trailer over at the Chrysler head quarters(CTC in Auburn Hills) or find a K-Mart parking lot... from CTC its only about 8 miles or so

Dang, whoever buys the new 2016 Dodge Dakota is going to be pissed that they didn't get what was advertised at the dealership!

Didn't know dodge (or Ram) made a dakota any more, google comes up with a few different concepts but a quick call to a friend at the dodge dealer says nothing oficial through 2017 model year. Talk of a fiat made fwd dak but nothing concrete.

Someone should let Jim Pranis know about this. Jim's Charger would for sure be a contender. Jim is from Pennsylvania. Not sure if he'd travel 2000+ miles round trip. Maybe? Mr. P-body would almost be guaranteed a top 3 finish. That's at least a $2500 payday. Go for it Mr. P!

I need some 14x32 street tires and I'm golden I'm in KY. " Tags! We don't need no stinking tags! " Put some rubber under that thing and swing by and pick me up on the way.

Blasco needs to attend this with his Dart. Nothing in the rules says it needs shiny paint. Street car and wouldn't hardly need to try to win.

I got the Challenger signed up. Last attempt at street racing didn't go well. Any suggestions to hook up a car on MT drag radials.
