Can dual plug Hemi Heads be run single plug by plugging the unused holes? If so, will a standard, single plug valve cover work? Thanks, Joel

Those superlightweight stamped aluminum Mopar covers that use the block off plates are unusable. You would be leaking more oil than the Deepwater Horizon.

Are all Hemi valve covers the same height top to bottom? Definetily not! Street Hemi heads versus K heads and the different part numbers on the spark plug tubes makes me think that as well as how many spark plugs tubes I've seen with the bottoms pulled out by the spark plugs I've seen two different Mopar brand spark plug tubes that use two different spark plug seals to the covers I seem to remember that the 1966/67 Street Hemi covers and tubes being different from the 1968 to 1971 street hemi covers, tubes and seals I assembled one motor that had a set of KB cast alumnum covers on Dart aluminum water heads that required buying thier (KB) tubes to make the tubes fit correctly in those covers
