I had tried a repop for my '70 Bee. It was junk. I was able to use the cam off of it to repair my original.
E body switches have a pull out hazard knob IIRC. Did they change between '70 and '71?

Original '70's say "flasher" on the knob and later replacements say "warning" and the knob itself is larger

If you have the original switch then get the 71 up switch drill out the 4 rivets that hold the flasher knob and swap them use 4 small screws and nuts to reinstall

Advice from elsewhere (can't remember where though) but I used a Ford cam from the "Help" autoparts lineup.

It works and will get you by if you are in a rush.
