I dont post on here much but I read the board daily. I entered the 352 small tire shootout and I was lucky enough to be selected in the top 10 of the event. I won the first round and was beat by a really nice BBC Camaro. It was alot of fun and I also ran a personal best ET and MPH. It went 1.42 60 ft. 6.32 @ 107 mph.http://www.dragzine.com/features/car-features/top-10-the-baddest-small-tire-street-cars-of-floridas-352/

The article says the one mustang wasn't able to run due to not having an NHRA license but it has BIG tires. Are the rules pretty loose for the class?

Love the truck! Seems like a well sorted out trouble free combo.

The rules were pretty lose. As long as it had a 275 or 28x10.5 tire, stock front end,no tube chassis, licensed and insured, must be from the 352 area code. Car must pass tech for how fast it is. I figured I would be out since I dont have a cage. I was told that they would let me so I was able to race. The cars were pretty fast. Most being in the high 5s. The winner was the BBC mustang that tan in the 5 teens all night. The track said they took in 3 times the money that night for a Fri.
