No this is a special tag with a spot weld to hold it? It is on the front of the k-frame>

It is not the last numbers of the vin number.

Is it in a 1970 E-body? If so, the same K-frame was used in 318, 340 & 383 cars until the 52 K-frame replaced it.

If it is original to your car, you can check the broadcast sheet (if you have one for it) & the number should match.

I saw one on a hemi cuda in Vegas in 2014 and he thought that there were so many built with certain options. mine was the 26,001 built. His had a 54 tag on his.

He was wrong.

As far as xxxth built thing goes, there is no way to know the order that all the 383 Cudas were built in.

yea It could have been a 52. So the 12 is the k-frame part number?

If you have a broadcast sheet for it, look for the '12' on line 4 under the word 'FRAME'.

12 is the last two numbers in the Chrysler part number.
