anyone know who sells them? need to fabricate some pipes to run my engine on a run stand so I would like to put some pipe together to attach mufflers

Check your local exhaust shop. Meineke used to have them.

Go to the local exhaust shop or auto parts store if these are just for run in stand , TTi or Accurate will be overkill $$$. I have the Accurate flanges for a new set of headpipes going in a car because I wanted something better than what the local exhaust shop uses ...
