I used to run a set of Tri-City springs in one of my old cars and man did they work.

I just remembered they were called "Launcher Springs".

Wondering if the guy/company is still around??
I think the guy was a Stocker Racer in the Mich. area.
Thanks Ron

The springs you're looking for are called Tri-City Launchers from
Greg Luneack at Tri-City Competition in San Marco, CA (1-760-591-0362). Orginally from Michigan then moved to California. I don't know if they are still in business

Yes they are.
I received a pair of Launchers late last Summer.

Know Greg is still racing, so I would think he is still selling springs, I had a set of those, they did work good, only drawback is they are heavy.

They are a little heavier than the Wannabe SS springs out in the market today, but the silver lining is that they do work. The spring clamps themselves are super duper dooky thick and I plan to make them out of Titanium to get a few off. LOL.
IIRC the SS were 40 Lbs or so each and the launchers were more or less 45 Lbs each.

Great to know, but sucks he's now further away from me!!!!
Yes they were a little heavier but at lease it's in the rear. I hope he doesn't paint them RED anymore. That was my biggest problem with them years back.
Thanks Ron

I was racing with Greg in Las Vegas this past weekend. He was running his Duster and it has Red launcher springs.
