I had the MSD on my 71 RR in the cowl

Mine is mounted to the battery tray with battery in trunk. There is a vent in the cowl there to help keep it cool.

On my 67 Coronet I mounted it under the horns. Was pretty well hidden.

Which model box? If a 6 or one of those type under the battery tray is pretty common up If it is one of the seven race boxes I've mounted them on the inner fenderwell and on the engine side of the radiator core support thumbs Make sure to try and keep both types away from moisture and excessive heat.

I had it on the radiator support but I am putting a 26 inch wide radiator and need to move it so i was kind of curious where there is a good spot. I have to test fit the radiator to see the room thanks. Mike

I put mine under the dash. I am not sure I would do it again. Its a bit noisy and, since its red, sticks out some. But, I wanted it out of the heat and any rain if I happen to get caught out in it.

Under the battery tray here as well. Really convenient for wiring on a BB. I mounted the dial for the Rev limiter to the frame rail right below it. Unless you're really looking hard you never see it!

I gutted out the glove box and put it in there, and put the Ron Francis fuse/relay panel in with it. I did wire it into the stock wiring harness and fused more items.

To the right of the radiator, follow the coil wire.

On the front of the heater core in the passenger compartment. Easy to get to the wires and changing the rev limiter, but completely hidden from view.
