They offer 3% to Moparts members, just picked up some parts 2 weeks ago. Certain times they offer 10% to members.

Just on a whim last night after I posted in the comments I put MOPARTS and my username, invoice shows discounted prices and it shows a MOPARTS discount at the bottom.

Always entered Moparts in the discount code area and NEVER got any sort of discount! I just quit worrying about it...

Consequently, Summit Racing gets most of my business now.

Not the first time it's been discussed on here, either!

https://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/ubbt...ini-racing.html

I used to be a BIG advocate for using them on here and with friends but kinda hard to do that when other places give the discounts like they are supposed to and Mancini doesn't! I don't recommend them anymore.

I agree with buying stuff from Summit and such but they don't carry super performance gaskets or ARE parts

I got a discount the last time I bought parts and did not even ask for it as I did not realize Moparts members got a discount. The guy at Mancini asked me if I was a Moparts member and when I told him my handle name on here he even knew my car. But they gave me the discount with no problem. Ron

Tucson AZ,
If they say they are going to give a discount then they should honor their word. Period.

However, that being said. They specialize in Mopars. As such they pay to advertise here on Moparts, a Mopar site. Just because we come to this free forum filled with free information doesn't mean they should have to offer us a discount.

Lastly, I'm sure they want to make a dollar as bad as we want to save a dollar. Just remember there's another side to be considered before we burn one of the few Mopar suppliers we have at the stake.

Just my twocents.

Who bought the MP 440 rods at $10 each? I ordered some and when they sent the confirmation, it said they were sold out.

I wanted to try some Superformance gaskets. Entered Moparts, it's listed on a line, but zip in the column. I used to check the "deals" they show, usually their prices are MSRP. I don't get what people see in using them?

Being that they sell Superformance gaskets I get
them there... they are local to me so I go pick
them up.. they know me over there and I get the
discount.. isnt much... I will be going over there
this week to pick up a few sets of W-2 intake gasket
since I'm out.. that time I bought them there I bought
out what they had.. I used them on the car and dont have
any on the shelf.. I'll let you know if I get the dicount
wave

I have no input on many other places, I have used Mancini's a few times and they have always done right by me I've never had an issue with them... Maybe others have but I haven't.

Other MoPar shops I have ordered from (all with good results)

Hughes
440 Source
Summit
Jegs

I will say Jegs sure doesn't have the customer service they used to have the last few times I talked to someone there it wasn't pleasant. Their prices aren't as good as they used to be either. Summit however has price and customer service down pat, and I used to avoid them like the plague. Now almost everything I order comes from them.

I ordered my Mahle BB pistons from Jegs because they were $100 cheaper than Summit. Summit had the wrong specs listed for the Howards hydraulic roller cam that I got in January after waiting a month for then to grind it. All they offered to do was replace it with a similar cam that matched the wrong specs?! Up to this point they've been good, though, and I actually get my discounts through them!
