So the car went a new best yesterday. 8.21 @ 167 with 1.169 60' 7 PSI tire pressure, 72*, 27.7% humidity, 28.98 baro & 2,342 DA.

The car launches with wheels up, but sets them back down quickly and spins a bit. Which makes it hard to dial with the inconsistency. The pics I have are kind of hard to see the tires too well. I have tried more air, but it doesn’t seem to help...almost like it doesn't hook at all then.

Do the rear shocks need to be tighter yet on rebound & extension...?

I would try tightening up the front shocks compression(coming back down) and stiffen up the extension on the rears and see if that helps thumbs
Congrats on the new best bow grin
BTW, is that at Renegade?

Could it be a momentary fuel issue - rich or lean?

Sounds like your hitting the wheelie bars to hard, causing the front back down and unloading(spinning). After looking at the back of the car, I don't know if you can raise the bars or not. You might try tightening the extension on the front shocks.

I can definitely raise the wheelie bars. This video is from last year at a different track, but its basically leaving the same. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lRkFFQnAkX8

I tried tightening the front struts last year and it seemed like it made it worse. So I went back to loose...

Definitely would like to get a handle on it.
