Does anyone have detailed photos of the Chrysler pentastar fender emblem. I need photos with measurements as to its placement on the passenger fender. I have a 1971 Charger that was recently repainted. The body shop welded the holes thinking it was for a piece of molding that wasn't going to be installed. Rather than drill into the freshly painted fender, I am planning to use emblem tape to install the emblem.

Can you get the inner fender out & look behind the fender? If you can, then just glue the pentastar in front of the welds.

I grabbed these shots that will hopefully help. The car is in the trailer which is pretty tight quarters. It's muddy around the trailer right now so I didn't want to pull the car out. These are the best I can do right now……

I don't have any measurements but this shot of my old 71 Bee should get you close.

Actually, I've seen a couple of guys at car shows that did this. We thought they was just looking at the car until one pulled out a tape measure. He measured the emblem, the two guys talked, then told the owner the emblem was off buy some ridiculous small amount

how about e body?? anyone know exact specs like above??
