I have Norris stainless steel roller rockers on my small block race motor with W-2 heads. The roller bearings on 2 of the rocker arms wore a groove into the rocker tip. Turns out Norris is out of business. I can't buy a set of off the shelf replacement rockers because the shaft mounts have been altered. My engine builder suggests that I send the heads to Jessel and have them make me a custom set of stainless rockers. Cost will be $2,000. I'm thinking, maybe I should spend the money on a new set of heads. I've been having trouble finding small block race heads on-line. It seems all the Mopar (Koffels, Indy, etc) sites specialize in Big block heads. Does anybody know where I can get a good set of SB (drag) race heads?

Ryan at Shaddydell can hook you up. Indy makes a very good small block head in the 360-1. Also, the Koffels B1-BA is very good.

Are you just looking for a replacement to the W2? If so you can still buy W2 stuff. Or as mentioned there are a lot of other heads out there.

Edelbrocks (Either Standard, or Magnum style), B1-BA heads, Indy Brocks, Mopar Commando, Mopar W2, Indy 360-2, Indy 360-1, W5's (if you can find them), or more exotic W7/W8/W9 stuff is availible too.

RyanJ is the small block guru, he can point you in the right direction, and is a great guy to work with.

do your heads have the cast-in pedestals? if so, then they're econo W2's...couldn't you just get the pedetals milled off and buy a set of regular W2 rockers, the kind that come with the pedestals?

They are P5007708AB W-2 heads. 15º valve angle, 47 cc chambers, for a 48º block.
Already factory machined for T&D or Jesel rockers.

I just sold my only 2 sets of Norris rockers.
