Can it be done? If so how involved? Heads are the 245cnc 360-1, just curious if the bolt pattern is even the same. Obviously milling for deck height and variety in surfaces.
Thanks in advance

This was one of the very first one ever cast..
it was VERY rough on the ports and the plenum
so I cut it in half to port it..I fitted it to
my 9.2 deck W-9 then welded it back together..
was a lot of work.. but fun.. cant say how I
got it but I worked at the right place... I did
open it up for a 1050 dom
EDIT
I ended up buying a special welding torch to
weld the bottom of the plenum

420? What have you been smoking?

I think the number you were trying for is 411.

He's right, it's a 420. What is a 411 intake?

If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

Not sure if it's your plan to do what you asked, but if it was me...I'd take all the money and time wasted and invest it in the indy intake which can be OUTSTANDING if worked on by Brett or someone very good.

What if it's been worked on and the owner is kicking around ideas to find a little more? ?

Thanks for the replies, not sure if I will go through with this, my Indy is worked by a reputable Porter and dominator converted, however, seems like it would need a fair bit of welding to get things ported/blended properly. So was thinking up options, like when will someone offer an as cast dominator small mopar intake....

My only excuse is:

I'm so used to seeing "420" as shorthand for pot, marijuana, grass, weed, reefer.

The other 3 digit number starting with a 4 that came to mind was 411, shorthand for information.

So I translated it a little differently as asking, "What's the 411 on Indy 360-1 heads", but putting the wrong number in the question made it funny.

My apologies......

R.
