2953689= A 727 from a 1969 standard truck with a 383
2546= Build date July 17, 1968
8106= Sequence number, the 8106th built that day

Yes, that is correct Thank you. I lost my decoding book. It is bolted to a 383 with a barrel and block stamped 11/8/68 This motor and trans is for sale
