For your downloading pleasure I am happy to present downloadable versions of the Mopar cylinder head bowl porting templates for big block B/RB, small block LA and Magnum. Complete printable templates with instructions in pdf form. A special thank-you needs to go out to RapidRobert. He generously mailed me hard copies which I scanned and used to create this pdf. Enjoy! Uploading the file to the moparts server did not produce a downloadable result, even after I formatted a version to fit under the moparts 2mb file limit. I have uploaded the file to 3 different online file sharing websites. If all of these fail, feel free to PM me your email address and I can send them to you direct. http://www.filedropper.com/moparportingtemplates-rblamagnum(nice quick download when I tried it this morning) http://www.filehosting.org/file/details/538414/Mopar%20Porting%20Templates%20-%20RB_LA_Magnum.pdf(sends a download link to your email junk folder which you must click on, download is quick) http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=01537989574007844684(direct download, slow speed but works)

So would it be ok to just scale up the width for bigger valves? Scaling em up may work (I ain't up on "scaling") but what I do know works is if you have 2.14 intakes is to widen the 2.08 templates 30 tho wider on each side (2.14-2.08= .060 div by 2 is .030" . I'd trace em out that much wider on a clear sheet of fairly stiff laminate plastic like what they come on. EDIT Yeah I dont know why the LA swirl port instructions were so double printed/messy, that is the way I got em & they were brand new

DaytonaTurbo and RapidRobert, thanks so much for doing this! I think its important to note that the high swirl LA head templates are NOT for all LA heads ever made. They are designed for the later model 308 and 576 heads, or the P series 459269, 5249767, or 5249574 heads ONLY. Use of these templates on any heads made earlier than the late '80s could run the risk of thin walls and water jacket penetration. One of the best summaries I've seen on small block heads is here on moparts: http://www.moparts.org/Tech/Archive/smallblock/23.html

Yes, and the instructions with the templates state this much.
