We would like to thank Bob and his help.Bob has been working with us on oil and bearing issues on the blowen alcohol 65 Dodge of Don Martik. We used some of the best oils available, mostly top full synthetic blends and keep finding bearing wear and a lot of actual torching of the bearing caused by alcohol contamination.Bob stepped up and supplied us with his own blended moly oil which I referred to as snake oil and Bob a snake oil salesman.
We were changing bearing quite frequently until we changed over to his formulated moly snake oil.For the last two seasons we have seen a dramatic change. We pull the bearing at the beginning of each season and change to a new set and run them all season. The amasing thing is the bearing we take out look as good as the new ones we install.
We change the oil every 3 to 4 runs and see that the alcohol does not mix with the oil but floats on top.Letting the oil set for a few hours and the alcohol evaporates leaving the clean oil.
Again we want to thank Bob Petty and share we everyone the results.

Eric being the most skeptic person and always thinking stay with what we know and what works,I was felt all the claims about oils we hear and seeing the cost of "the best" range from $15 to $20 a quart I was most skeptical when Bob approach me with his "snake oil".After dismissing his claims for many years he finally convinced me to use his product and the results are Admax oil is a quality product for far less and accept the fact I was proven wrong. We keep all the sets of bearing from the blower motor that we removed as a testament to Bob Petty and his Admax "snake oil"

What other oils did you use?

Royal Purple,Brad Penn,Joe Gibbs,Mobil 1,Castrol and a few others.
AJ has seen the results first hand and is now dealer for Admax at BGR.We never really had oil issues with other brands until we started running the blower and alcohol which is the worst environment. We were told horror stories about bearing life in that application.Mike Kosky of Top/Alcohol dragster fame, who helps us told us we would be changing bearing every few runs and other oil related issues.Maybe we can get AJ to post some pictures of the bearing.Again thanks Bob Petty and Admax Oil. bow

The results of using the oil greatly surprised me. The moly in the oil creates a microscopic layer of protection on all metal surfaces. This extra protection results in less friction and minimal bearing wear in the engines. I am committed to get this oil into the hands of the high performance world so they can see the benefits first hand. As Bob said I will get some pictures of the bearings and post them to show just how impressive this oil is in the worst conditions.

Any questions or if you would like to try this oil for yourself let me know.

Here are pictures of the bearing wear (or lack there of) after 30 passes in the 2500HP blower engine.

This proves the oil does its job in the worst possible environment.
