Go to www.passion4mopars.com and go to the blog/knowledge base section of the webpage to see how to test your wiper motor

Ya did that. Talked to Kim. Their site only applies to 66 and up. Total different. Mm

Try this

Variable Speed - Coronet
(1) Connect a jumper wire between wiper motor
green wire and wiper motor ground strap. Connect
another jumper wire between battery negative terminal
and wiper motor ground strap. Connect another
jumper wire between wiper motor red and brown
wires and battery positive terminal. The wiper motor
should run continuously in wipe direction.
(2) Connect a jumper wire between wiper motor
blue wire and battery positive terminal. Connect
green to brown wire. Connect another jumper between
wiper motor red wire and ground strap. Connect
a jumper from ground strap to battery negative
terminal. The motor should run in reverse and stopbetween wiper motor red wire and wiper motor
ground strap. Motor should run in reverse and stop

The FSM has a bench test procedure, at least for my '70. Worth getting one. Paper on EBAY (maybe) or disc from Moparmanuals.com.
