Does anyone have any advice, or resources, for removing an engine and trans from a A100 pick up? The truck is pretty nice, and I will have it coming in next for a drivetrain resto. I have never messed with one. This one is 318/3 on the tree. I am equipped with both, a two post, and a 4 post lift. I know you need some special precautions, just don't know yet.

Restoring a car to look "only" as good as the factory made it is like getting a boob job for your wife and having the doctor make them two different sizes to seem more natural

I have great success with dropping the motor and trans. Since you have a lift, that should make it all the easier.

I am not aware of any special precautions. Just being patient works for me.
