Thanks for the update.
I will take my heads over to T&D and have them do my rockers so there will be rocker options. smile

You'd think that people who are going to use traditional shaft rockers would already have their heads if they were finishing them over a month ago.

Talked to Rick and found out the delay. They would run a set and it would do everything right and then screw up a port. Run another and fine, another and screw one up. They chased it for awhile and had to get Haas out and they tore the machine down and found a broken tooth in the rotary table. They are back up and producing. Here is a milled rocker stand head:

I guess I'm still confused as to why they wouldn't locate the exhaust bolt holes to be more vertically centered on the port openings.

Rick fixed that. This is an early head that was junked from the machine problem. Using it as a test for rocker stands milled.

Remember the W5 gasket is round port, and these are "D" shaped, so not as far off as it looks. Here is a gasket:

Admittedly I am not up on all the latest stuff available for the SB mopar, but are there commercially available headers that have flanges that are reasonably close to those gaskets, or is this pretty much a situation where you're going to need custom headers?

I have W2/W5 Hedman Hustlers on my car, I think Hooker makes them too.

And those headers have flanges that are pretty close to the pic of that gasket?

The reason I ask is, and maybe my memory is off(very possible)but I thought the W2 center ports were spread farther apart than how that gasket looks.

Maybe someone will post a pic of that gasket on the head & header when they start getting into people's hands.

mine had the adapter plates that bolted to the head and I port matched the adapter plate, then the headers bolted to the plates.

TTI is working on a new header for this head...in the car, no existing header will work...not sure about a W5 fenderwell but for sure no under chassis header will work...
The ex. port is too high and wide (overall width of head Int.-ex.).
Hoping he does 2 styles, 1 street around 1 7/8 x 3.5" and another around 2" step with a 4" collector.

Hughes has a little update on their site, gives the impression things are rolling along to get these in your hands.

I have my mind made up for a set, but want to see you guys get them up and running and provide a review first. work
