I was more concerned with shaft oiling, I have seen a mod where the cam bearing is moved to block off the passage to the heads, then it is plumbed in from the oil pressure port at the back of the block.
that is exactly what I am doing to my SB circle track 360, turned #2 & #4 cam bearings to block the passage(s) then I drilled down into the angled passages (1) on each side of the valley then straight down further into the main horizontle oil galleries then I capped the (2) upper holes in the angled passage(s) with 1/8 NPT pipe plugs that I just drilled the holes in to access the main galleries underneath then tapped the 2 oil holes in the upper decks for a 5/16-18 set screw in each & I just ain't decided how big a hole to drill in the setscrews but it'll likely be either 1/16 or .080" for full time oiling to the rocker shafts. You might go to
www.moparchat.com then scroll down to and click on "circle track chat" then peruse Sanborns' oiling mods that are in a sticky at the top of the page (SB stuff but alot carries over) and Herb McCandless had some BB oiling mods tho I dont know who has it posted but it is out there and go to
www.forabodiesonly.com then scroll down in the "forums" sections & click on "small block mopar engines" & read Guitar Jones" oiling mods that are in a sticky at the top of the page (some bleeds over to Sanborns' stuff). Reportedly BB's have fairly good oiling routing as is & for a 6500 RPM street app such as yours is I think you are pretty close. If you read all that material you will have your answeres and alot of ideas/plans (you asked for it!)
