Im putting a floor back in a car I bought as a started project and the previous owner had already butchered the floor out of it. All of the pieces were pitched so I have no reference other than the one I did find on the internet as far as how far back from the seam they are, nothing on side to side.
Now im trying to locate where the brackets go exactly so I don't end up with shifter issues. Even measurements from a console mounted in a done car may help. thanks in advance!!!!

Thanks! I did find that picture and set the distance like shown. Im using new brackets and side to side is a lil shaky. Just want to make sure that im good that way. I have leveled car side ways and level the console. car is just a shell so I don't have trans to go by to make sure that the shifter falls in correct location. Thanks for the pic tho.
