My 71 Super Bee 426 Hemi has a rear carb stamped 12 4746 S, correct for 1970?...no M markings like 71's.

Is the "12" for 12/69 build date or?

The front carb is K9 4742 S again a 70 carb i think...Thanks

They appear to have been replaced with 70's. All 71's would have had a manual choke regardless of carb numbers or date codes and I've never seen those dates on an original 71. Also, I am suspicious of the 4742 being RE stamped, that date code does not add up to anything original. If that "1" happens to be an "L" it could be a replacement carb dated L2 (November 1972).
