If I put my tight 10” in, change to 4:10’s and hit it with a 250 shot, is a high 7 realistic? I ran 8.90’s last year but like everyone else I want to go faster. With Gateway only having 5 bracket races I would like to do some local quick races. So, I am kicking around the NOS idea.

theres a lot of factors that go in to it will your trans hold that kind of hit,how tight is the converter? how tall are the tires,what kind of grind on the cam, center line? how much carbaration you can spray the biggest hit in the world if the motor cant use it its a waste,if you read this and want to talk about it pm. i give you my # we could talk on the phone 8.80 @ 152 ,7.70@178 with a 200 hp shot

WOW I'm about ready to try a little shot, very surprised at that gain

if the car is set up for it you can expect good things if you just toss the bottle at at a straight motor tune your not going to gain full potential
