ct440rod OP enthusiast C Joined: Aug 2008 Posts: 395 Milan Ohio	bought a 70 dodge challenger 440 magnum . . it has a aluminum fan on it. on broadcast sheet it says Fan 24. does anyone know what that means ? ? how would I know if it was a clutch fan or not ? thanks

mopars4ever I Live Here M Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 13,616 md	Not for sure but I would think it means the last two numbers in the part number on the fan. 2863224 7 blade 18 inch fan fit a lot of cars that year.

BlueRacer69 super stock B Joined: Oct 2015 Posts: 737 Michigan	I agree with the above poster. The original fan should be a 2863224, hence the number 24 on your broadcast sheet. Its not a clutch fan but a 18 inch regular fan. I see them for sale on e-bay often if you'll looking for one.
