Nope.

No Tuff wheel offered by the factory on any E-body from 1970-74.

Since someone brought up the subject, do you need the adapter to use a Tuff/Grant wheel on a '70 A body?

Which cars were the Tuff wheel offered on?

Also the horn button is padded on 70/71. Plastic on late 71 on until the mid 70's when it was padded once more but the pad is different from the early ones.

Flaming River has a nice looking one. Dimensions match the original, I believe, but spendy. Probably not "perfect" though.
