You sure your sphincter wasn't sucking itself to the floorboards whistling grin My Duster gave me similar lessons more than once on the street, hence me using the ET street bias plys on the street only after about the fifth WOW, that was a hairy experience shruggy

Sounds great! Can you post a picture, or two, or three? LOL. How do you like the trans, how hard was it to install etc.
Nothing I've driven beats a HEMI Coronet!

I love the car and overdrive. I have a couple of cars with over drives or gear vendors. It just a push of a button to engage the overdrive. It built for 1200lbs TQ. The bell housing was cut off and welded a 727 housing on.

Well, my car is pretty sorted out. It ran mid 10's already with no problems and a 1.41 60ft and just works....Now with the big inch mill, its about as scary as you can be and keep it on the road....Wish I had a vid. Everything behind you disappears in an instant as you wrestle the steering for control. So when time is right meaning I feel we have fixed all the major issues, we will be up for some TNT and probably get kicked out cause its only legal to 10.0

With the torque of these motors, the 3.55 feels the same as a 4.30 gear in some of my previous cars. I have a tight 10" Dynamic converter, hoping it can handle a 2.76. Overdrive would be so nice.

I've never heard of the a618, what vehicle does it out of?

Got any pics of your car? popcorn

IS the 10.0 requirement only at NHRA tracks or does it include IHRA? Never really knew. Tim

Most go by the same rules now a days. I have a diaper on it andall the other safety gear, but at 9.99, I need a full cage and a net. I only have a bar...
