For me, was a lesson in aggravation. It did the job, but found it beyond hard to get the nylon line over the barbs of the brass splice tube. I boiled the end of the new quick connect and got it on the brass tube, but there was no way to boil the piece of line that was attached to the truck.
Was finally able to get it on about half way-and called it good. Sleeved over it with some rubber fuel line, clamps and it's holding up.
