Depends on what you mean by best. They are available made out of rubber, polyurethane, poygraphite, delrin and probably other materials.

Each have their pluses and minuses and to determine "best" for you we'd need to know what you are looking for. But as RR implied, made in China won't be on the "best" one for you.
