Exit1965 master Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 3,378 Rancho Cordova, CA	I've taken them out with vise grips on very tight, twist and pull out no problems. When I did it, I applied a bit of heat on the block near thebase just in case they would be stubborn, but they really weren't. If you're taking it to a machine shop for work, I'd let them do it as already suggested.
