Stock 5.7 Hemi in a 2012 Charger R/T - plugs need to be changed...I was looking at the E3 plugs as well as the Iridium offerings and thought I would ask before I bought them...thanks

Don't put E3 plugs in anything you rely on. Been there, done that.

I had a dead misfire within 500 miles of installation, 250 miles from home. Swapped the plugs out for OEM replacements in an AutoZone parking lot and got a full refund on the E3s. JUNK.

The experience continues to drive home my theory of "If OEMs aren't doing it, nether should you". [to a certain extent]. If this magical spark plug theory was so great, offered more power and better fuel economy...I'm absolutely sure the OEMs chasing those deliverables would be using that technology.
