Well that is good news if new blocks are shipping again.

Hmmm.... Punched up 4 diff part numbers and nothing in warehouse. There are 3 in dealer inventory. 1 P5155072ac, and 2 P5153862ac. P5155072ac shows -38 on back order, but low and behold 12 have been released to "special handling" orders

Now if they could just get some Gen III 6.1 blocks going, the world would be whole again...

We should be getting some as well within the week. They are filling the backorders first and producing about 2 a day. Wedges are on the way as well in a couple more weeks. The drought is almost ready to break. Can't wait to see what we get. This info comes straight from the top of Mopar Performance. Just found this out today.....Who hoo!!!! Can anyone disclose what the price will be on the wedge blocks?

Order a 6.1 block, and make sure they show "lost sale". If you and as many others that you can get to do that will show there is interest in the part. The two numbers I punched up for blocks show avg weekly demand of zero.

Using the old P5153860 number ( 440 Siamese 4.50 bore) the cost would be around $3200. If you have an "in" might be as low as $2500.

Oh we might can do a little better than 3200 but just getting them will be the trick....At least at first.

I was just checking the same at a local dealership Friday -

I almost ordered 1, dealer list was $3200 so they can do better, I am waiting to hear some quality reports on machining accuracy and casting quality first.

finally,,,, SOMEBODY has actually been listening while others still believe in their tiny minds that there is no demand for mopar blocks.let the party begin !!!

Now....cylinder heads, Canted, spread port - priced proportionally to the block pricing and my bank account will shrink overnight.

Good deal! Producing 2 a day isn't setting the world on fire, but it's a start. Hopefully these won't have the quality issues the earlier ones had.
