Can anyone refresh my memory which seat belts get the washers and spacers?

Not 100% here......but pretty sure the spacers and washers are used where you have 2 or more belts fastened at the same mounting point. This would be at both sides of the front center hump and also in one location in the center rear where one female and one male belt are required.

The retractors definitely get spacers because they have to swivel a bit. No spacers on the front retractors for 69 B body.

Belts with angled mounting brackets go in rear. Flat mounting brackets in front.
No photos.....but if you lie all the belts out you can for the most part figure it out. if you want to post a photo or two here I can likely point you in the direction for proper install.

The following attachments are from the 1969 Dodge service manual. Plymouth should be the same. I asked the same question when installing the belts in my Bee. The service manuals are a great source of information.
