Two years ago I bought a new $40 console lock for my '65 Sport Fury at Carlisle. I finished the car this year, and the lock has come apart twice when I locked it, the cylinder comes out with the key when turned to the lock position. The first time, I was able to take the lock apart and re-crimp the locking tab to the cylinder, it's not an easy process and takes about an hour to complete the process.

Tonight at the local cruise night it happened again. I rather pay more for a good lock than to repair this cheap imitation every time it comes apart!

I would appreciate any leads for sellers.
