I don't usually post about things like this but I just have to say that Dan has given me the best customer support that I have ever recieved in a long time. What had happened is that Dan had some parts dropped shipped almost a year ago and just finally getting to install these parts but found out there were some issues. One call to Dan and now the issues are going to be taken care of.
Most of my experience in the past has been that when I have these types of problems the person who sold me the parts usually wipe there hand clean after the transaction but not the case with DRAM.
Just wanted to share this positive experience since this doesn't happen to me very often.
