For starters, please do not type in ALL CAPS unless your yelling.

Regarding your project, yes the point you are at is overwhelming. Start by breaking it down to smaller projects such as motor only. Then interior only, body assembly, drivetrain assembly and then install complete. Somewhere down the road depending on time and money you'll be done and on the road. boogie

Thanks. I wasn't aware that anybody would think I am yelling especially when seeking advise. First time on the thread. Thank you for your input and looking forward to plenty more on my long awaited project.

Another question? With all the nut and bolt parts I have and don't have. How do I identify what goes where, how many, and what they look like?

Hi Gary , you need to take LOTS of pictures of an assembled car. There are several 70 cuda / Barracuda converts in the club, there were 3 at Bobs in west islip 2 weeks ago, one of the guys lives near you in Planview. Did you make it to Carlisle? I didn't see you there. TA.

post a few pictures..looks like a long project unless you collected and rebuild alot of parts along the way..mine was taking a long time to restore to get the perfect car and than life took over and project was put in the back burner..then I said frig this i want to drive it and slapped her back together in running and driving position and rebuilt it as seperate units..engine, trans, rear end, suspension, interior etc...but drive it..good luck..I bought mine in east Moriches long island many years ago...looks like a rat rod but still its 1 of 1800 convertibles in 1970..

Now that I think of it about 10 years ago there was a nut / bolt/ fastener guide printed for 70 cudas. Perhaps member koak can chime in about that.

Here is the fastener guide.
MMC Detoit Fastener Guide for e-bodies

I have a copy of it and covers pretty much everything.
I wished I had it when I restored my Challenger 20 years ago.
