The only decal that has to do with timing and idle rpm is the emission decal which should be over on the driver side inner fender behind the fender tag. The washer reservoir should be on the pass side fairly close to the front of the car near the rad support.

This pic shows the normal location of the decal (to the right of the battery looking aft). California cars have green borders and all other have blue borders.

On 68 Roadrunners there is a smal decal with info about engine timing, etc. located in front of the windshield washer reservoir. Does anybody have a picture of its exact location? Thank you, guys! Is your car a Lynch Road or St. Louis car ?

The car is actually a very early 69 Lynch Road Hemi Roadrunner.I bough it in January 1970 and I remember where the decal was, but not the exact position. You may be interested in this. The 1969 Plymouth sales film has a car with the decal by the washer bottle, same as your car. It can be seen behind the horn. Screenshot attached. You can see the video at; http://www.mymopar.com/index.php?pid=493 The horn/label is at the 5:29 mark. I had wondered if any '69 cars were built with the decal in the '68 position, as I have not personally seen any. Looks like there was.
