I have an RB in a Demon, freshened up the RB, what would break in time frame be? I have made 4 quarter mile passes, pulled plugs, adjusted valves, checked compression, the compression is 160 - 185. I know it should be closer together, need thoughts and/or opinions.
thanks

Steve

4 passes should be plenty. The key to gapless rings is to have a smooth plateau hone.

Hone was done by a reputable shop that recommended gapless and has built many comp elim and outlaw engines, I don't think hone is the issue, but maybe. More ideas or opinions please.
