During disassembly of my 1970 Duster 340, I saw remnants of black paint along the pinch weld area. Unfortunately, I can't find any picture in my file. My car was low optioned without rocker moldings. I'm not sure if the blackout in this area was factory or done by a previous owner.
The car also has remnants of black paint on the rear valence panel visible after bumper removal.
I was wondering if anybody has information from the factory, or pictures of survivor cars that would support blackout paint in these areas.
