Aeromotive may have a pre-packaged setup... very spendy and you still have to cut to length.
Mostly, its DIY. Sketch out the system, pick your hose material and have at it. On mine, I used re-pop steel lines to get from front to back with the feed and return line. 3/8" supply and 5/16" return. Advantages are they package well, especially around the tricky rear spring mount, are tough and not too spendy. I was afraid of that -- but not surprised either. You would think that with EFI tanks for B bodies and E bodies out there right now, you would start seeing complete EFI fuel line sets by FineLines or Inline or ??? At least something with a delivery and return line like you're talking about, because that's what I need too.
