Could I please get some ideas or pics of air boxes with cowl hoods? I would like to build one for my Dart to see if it helps any. Thanks. Also, I have easier access to plexiglass than aluminum, would that be okay to use or should I just go get some aluminum?

The best setup would be to run the pan from core support to firewall and wider than the scoop to keep out the hot under hood air and to seal the scoop to the carb.

Here's a picture of the one I did with a 4" cowl. I did also add some rubber strips on the two short front sections.
