Hello,
I would like to build a trailer hitch for my Challenger. Is anybody has already made one, where is it fixed on the frame?
Can you post some pics please if you have.
Thanks

I have seen the class 1 bumper mounted one and a friend of my brothers had a 71 challenger pulling a large boat..but was too young to imagine looking at it..

Only on Moparts.

Take a bit of grinding to get it off, but I have one on a 'Cuda project. It's actually pretty nicely done. How much ya think to send it to you? laugh

Oh yes, and you want to pull a small trailer, around 1500 Lb?

I sse you are in France. I have one laying in my backyard. The original owner towed a sail boat with it.

Pardon the real quick measurements. If you want me to triple check a measurement, let me know.
the small holes (17" in picture) bolted to the bumper.

You know the 69 B body owners manual showed how to make, and mount one for those cars, maybe that could be adapted.

It was on my 1973 Challenger when I bought it in 1983 The lady towed a sailboat, been sitting aside the house for that long. Challenger is long gone. Max tougue 300lbs, Max tow 3500lbs...Draw tight brand.

I remember having a hitch just like yours on a challenger over 20+ years ago. I can't remember which car but I know I cut it off with a gas torch and threw it away.

Good job on the pictures!! up
