Will a single groove crank & water pump pull from a 1966 383 fit a 1972 440?

Thanks

yes they will. EDIT I forgot about that (1) hole in the crank pattern may (or may not) be slightly offset but elongating the hole in the pulley is acceptable

the water pump pulley and the crank pulley will fit , BUT as mentioned there my be one hole that is off because chrysler changed the bolt patterns so the pulley only bolts on in one orientation , you can just elongate that one hole with a rat tail file .
