Looking to buy a Dodge Magnum AWD Hemi 2006. Who likes these cars and why? Does the all wheel drive stay on all the time????? Input would be key and help me pull the trigger on the car.

I have an 06 Magnum R/T AWD - had since new, now has 112k miles on it. Has been great car ! Love it in the winter . . .yes, 68% torque to rear wheels and 32% to front, all the time !! None of the sense slip and kick into all wheel drive. Just make sure you see the service history on the car, if possible . . . think there was a recall on the tranny for a seal leak, but other than that, I can't think of anything major . . . I have done the brakes once (you can upgrade the rear rotors to larger police rotors - uses same caliper, but need to get the larger adapter to move the caliper out for use with the larger rotor.

If the price is right and the car is in decent shape, go for it !

Cheers

Mark

PS - can check the LX forum for further input . . .
