Brake lines and suspension assembly

How did you affix them to the roof? Epoxy?

They are welded to the side roof supports , bent upward with a Daynamat and seam sealer sandwiched between the rods and the inner roof

even though the lower doors were solid , I replaced the lower metal in the doors with new, since there is no access to the pinch weld area, I didn't want any rust to haunt me after its painted..

Lowered the front valance 1 1/2 inches . I extended the lower front fender 1 1/2 in ,All the mounting tabs were modified as the space under the bumper.

As you can tell , I'm getting a little closer to paint. I have a couple more things to finish , but I am hoping for paint sometime this spring.

Thanks, I noticed that too with my car. Without that support I was worried if I could sand the top and get anything flat with the flexing of the metal. I think I will try this too.

You will notice a difference on how your car sounds like in the interior. I was thinking on adding a reinforcement rod along the rear valance to keep the valance from vibrating with the exhaust too, the sheet metal is not supported well there either,

Working on several things while the Cuda is in the body shop. Already a great suspension, Bill Reilly has a New Rack (made from Flaming River) to replace the ARG rack on the Alterkation , with a closer ratio, 2 1/2 turns lock to lock (235 bar) with over 6 inches of stroke and campatible with the new hemi P/S pump. The new rack top of the picture as the ARG rack is at the bottom

Well its been a long road. 3 coats of Base and 6 coats of clear. Wet sand and buff next week. There light at the end of the tunnel. LOL
