I finally get my charger back together to take a drive, and the transmission won't shift out of first. First and reverse are real strong. The transmission was about 4 years ago.
I have a lokar kickdown, so I pulled it off thinking that won't let it shift faster or at least allow it to shift manually.

I'm thinking it may be a stuck governor? Does anyone else have any ideas what else it could be?

Thanks
Russ

Hook a gauge to the governor pressure test port; governor pressure should increase with road speed.
