Pull the ignition lock cylinder and a door lock cylinder, take it to a locksmith, and have keys made for about $50-$75. If you buy a set, don't buy from Jesser like I did once. Their "NOS cylinders" were actually used and fell apart.

No need to pull anything, I've had Locksmiths make keys on site, without removing the locks/cylinders, call a qualified tech who has the tools/knowledge, can be done in under an hour, and under $100

They come right to your house and make a new key in 15 minutes.

When you replace the lock cylinder in the steering column the easiest way to remove if is with the key. Since you do not have one, you will have to drill it out, hoping you do no damage. Better bet is with a locksmith. I had it done on my 68 Fury years ago. Since my locks matched, He used the passenger side door lock (the least used lock). He shined up a key blank with steel wool and inserted it with a vice grip pliers. He moved it back and forth and looked at the scratches from the tumblers to determine the notches. He took a small triangular file and cut them, shined the blank, wiggled the key again. When the tumblers stopped scratching, the tumblers were matched and he stopped filing them and suddenly the lock turned. He left me the crude key and went to his shop and calculated the code for the key and cut it for me to factory specs. Worked like a champ in all cylinders. Made several copies so that it would not happen again.

When you get this fixed make about 5 sets of keys for it
