frame has been stripped and the bottom and inside of the tube coated in Zero Rust

And then bed lined

Installed the Advance Adapters LS/TH350 torque converter adapter kit

I removed the heater hose tubes from the new water pump and tapped the holes for 1/2" and 3/8" NPT. The 3/8" is going to get a plug and the front 1/2" will get a fitting that will attach to the steam ports with a hose.

Rear axle tubes are welded and gears/locker are started. 4.56 spicer gears and a detroit locker.

Almost finished with the frame. Just a few things left. I have to finish the notch in the front. I welded the threaded bungs for the skid plate, rear bump stops, and hose clamps.

Tom finished setting up my gears in the rear axle for me. My disc brake brackets for the rear and my Longfield nylon spindle bushing/thrust washer combo showed up.

If you wanted to shorten the hose up, you could go into the upper part of the housing above the hose perhaps? That is what I did on mine..Been this way for a while now and no issues.

My Alloy USA balljoints arrived today and I picked up my rotors and tranny fluid.

Front notch has been finished and the frame is painted ready for assembly. My MB goes out for paint in a few days.

My MB is ready to be picked up for paint.

Front axle shafts are assembled. My LC2 wide band 02 arrived along with my rear axle bearings, fan relay and breaker, and daystar grommets.

Yesterday my MB was picked up for paint

And today it was painted
