Can we with our phone? Can't get it to stream music from my phone like my ford does. It's a 2007 300, can you stream music through it? TIA Got the phone connected to it and it works fine.

Some newer cars only will connect Bluetooth through certain phones. Toyota will only connect via Bluetooth through Apple devices. Android based devices will not connect with new Lexus or Toyota vehicles.

I connect both my android and my blackberry to the UConnect in my '12 Dodge Caravan via bluetooth. Not sure I ever tried to stream music thru it as I have satellite radio.

The phones are I phones, the phone part works fine, just see no where where I can select blue tooth audio like I can with my other car.

I am spoiled by my I pod and phone and won't listen to reg TV or radio because of too many commercials. If no I pod connection then I don't listen to anything.

This is a 2007 300 so it's older, but not even a plug in jack for a external source? I think our 2005 durango has a plug in jack for external sound?

I was in my 09 Challenger last night and my son and I perplexed by the same thing. It would not stream throuh the USB cord either.

I was just trying this with the RER Mygig in our new to us 2008 Chrysler Aspen.

Couldn't get the wifegod's Iphone 6 plus to stream music although it had no problem pairing with U Connect.
It also didn't work through the USB.

From what I found the older units like mine will not stream music via Bluetooth to the system.
The USB will only work with music files and pictures.

The newer 2nd generation 2010 and newer? Mygig systems are able to stream.

I picked up a cheap 3.5mm male to male patch cord and go from the Iphone's headphone jack to the AUX input on the front of the Mygig.
It sounds great.

2014 Ram with U Connect, Android (Droid Bionic) and Bluetooth music shows plays through media connect. If the Droid is playing when the two mate on power up, the music starts automatically on the U connect.
